Operating a scissor lift

[REDACTED] was using the scissor lift. The scissor lift was lowered to its lowest position. As [REDACTED] was dismounting he lowered himself under the guard rail and to the ground. While having his right foot on the scissor lift platform and lowering his left foot to the ground his left knee gave out. This caused [REDACTED] to collapse to the ground. The fall to the ground did not result in any further injury. However [REDACTED] was initially unable to walk on his left leg. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was able to walk with a limp due to the soreness in his left knee.
