[REDACTED] was loading a dehumidifer into a work truck. After loading the dehumidifier he stepped out of the back of the truck and down onto the concrete with his right foot. His foot contacted the ground at a slight angle and he heard a cracking sound. [REDACTED] lost his balance and fell to the ground briefly. When he stood up he felt pain in his ankle but could still stand and put some weight on it. [REDACTED] wrapped up work at that point and went home to ice his ankle and rest.
