Mill Clean up person was re fueling a large kerosene heater on wheels used to to keep equipment warm in freezing temperatures The fuel tank is located roughly 75 feet from where the heater was located When they were finished refueling they started to push the heater back to its location At this point they slipped on ice and lost their footing and started to fall during the fall they kept ahold of the heater Their body twisted causing a twisting motion on their right arm causing the right sh
