An employee fell off a 3step ladder to the floor and landed on their wrist The employee was standing on the bottom step of the ladder and was pulling on grease lines which were located overhead The grease lines were tough to pull initially and suddenly came loose causing the employee to loose their balance The employees partner called the team leader for help right away When the team leader received the call they grabbed a first responder and immediately headed for the stacker The team
