The associate was going down the stairs to start his break in the finishing mill near the trimmer As he proceeded down the steps not using the handrails as he placed his foot on the concrete floor he tripped over his own feet and stumbled forward and landed on his hands and knees After he got up he realized that his finger was in a lot of pain He then sought help from other associates and his supervisor
