What happened
Curve saw operator called for a cross up at the waterfall Upon approaching the waterfall on the accumulation deck associate used pickaxe to move two of the stuck logs After evaluating the rest of the logs associate decided to use a Tanker bar to dislodge the rest of the stuck logs Associate started to pry the two logs apart not considering the stored energy of logs still on the waterfall Once associate loosened log the weight of the logs behind the crossup falling struck the tanker bar
