Employee was attempting to keep up with a fast running pocket by working faster and picking up bigger stack of books since the book was too thick the pocket would empty out faster than usual. The employee had a new person working with them that not able be much help because they were lacking of experience and speed. The other co worker (with experience) working on their line was not cooperating to help even though the material handler had asked for help and they just ignored her.
