On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee was working line 4 between pocket 13 to pocket 24 the lines were feeding too fast and other co worker on that line were not helping out and or dividing the work volume evenly. Also a lot of those books had a lot plastic that needed to be removed out of each bundle. Over time and the repetitive movements of lifting carrying the weight of the bundle. and unjamming pockets the employee started to notice pain coming from the neck all the way down their right arm
