Cleaning office Moving boxes

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was cleaning out their office as instructed during a site visit. While doing this employee moved a few boxes filled with reams of paper. These boxes weigh approx. 50 lbs each. After moving these boxes the employee states that they felt growing pain in their lower back. When employee returned to work on [REDACTED] they felt that the pain was extreme enough to report and informed the EHS supervisor. EHS supervisor initiated call with PC365 whom recommended employee visit urgent care.
