Before the incident
RN was manually irrigating a three-way catheter to remove clots patient moving and as RN was reconnecting foley bag RN was inadvertently splashed with urine blood spray. Glasses worn but some fluid did get in eye. Eyes washed with saline immediately and eye wash station utilized.
