Helping patient - While 2 nurses pulling patient up in bed (towards head of bed) patient told to cross their arms and allow nurses to pull them up. On the count of 3 nurses start to pull slide patient up by bedsheet placed under patient. Tingle sensation immediately went from shoulder to tip of fingers on right hand and throb in right shoulder started. Posterior neck (right side) and shoulder anterior and posterior (right side)
