What happened
He and a coworker lifted 2 pieces of glass at the same time (against our policy) weighing 280 lbs. total and were carrying them to a cart when he fell down. The weight of the glass smashed his right hand pinky finger between the glass and the concrete floor.

He broke his right hand pinky finger on 7 18 23. Note: he later had to have 1 3 of this finger surgically removed on 8 18 23 due to complications from the injury.
