What happened
Driver was approaching customer site to deliver a package. Within the [REDACTED] customer notes there is a note for the driver stating Front door receive. Please leave package at front porch and not in the yard the gate is short. This note prompts the driver to enter their property so she checks her surroundings for any possible pets or beware of dog signs to avoid an animal confrontation. She did not see any signs or hear signs of a dog being present so she walked up towards the porch to deliver the package. After dropping off the package she began walking towards her van when she heard a dog push through another gate on the house property. She turned around and realized a dog was chasing her so she began to run. As she was running she was yelling at the dog Go away but the dog continued to chase after her. She lost her footing while running and turning her head and twisted her left ankle. After twisting her ankle she fell and scraped her skin causing blood loss. After attempting to d
