What happened
Employee arrived to a delivery location and proceeded to walk to the rear of their step van cargo area to look for the customer parcel. Once they found the customer parcel they opened the rear roll up door of their van and proceeded to step down from the van. When the employees left foot touched the street pavement they claimed to feel a sharp pain. The employee proceeded to complete his deliveries for the rest of the day with slight discomfort
