What happened
driver claims she was at the rear of the van moving boxes from the top shelf to the floor when she pivoted her body to avoid hitting the shelf then heard and felt a pop in her left knee and hip. She said she continued to deliver because the pain was not severe but by lunch the pain grew and she could no longer put pressure on her left leg. She also states while she waited to be rescued her left leg began to feel numb.
