[REDACTED] was attempting to clear a fluff jam on line 17 on the [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] removed the hose on the bottom of the cyclone and stuck his left hand inside. His hand came into contact with the cyclone paddle wheel that was running causing a laceration and fracture to his middle left hand finger and a fracture to the left ring finger.
