What happened
During a start up [REDACTED] was cutting clumped up material at the head and sides of the continuous sheet of material into a pointed shape in order to attach the material to the winder sheet. While making the cut to create an angled shape on the leading end of the material she cut the inside of her left forearm. Operator was not cutting away from body.
