[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] spent 2 days on [REDACTED] doing some trail layout for San Juan Land Bank. This involved many hours of hiking on off-trail routes finding and flagging on steep and uneven terrain.

There wasn 't any definitive incident just noticed his knee was sore and a bit swollen the following days.

Ice rest and elevate it for a few days afterward. Later use has caused it to occur especially after the recent 5 2&3 scouting of the Baker Lake trail where significant swelling and soreness has manifested. They made an appointment to see the doctor.
