What happened
EE 's foot slipped off the dead-man switch while driving which jerked the PIV to a sudden stop. EE held onto the throttle with their left hand throughout. EE states they heard a pop and felt immediate pain in left shoulder and lower neck. EE reported incident to supervisor then left work to seek treatment at the ER.
