What happened
[REDACTED] was assisting with loading rails on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was the second loader and he pushed the rail to try to seat it on the backstop and pinched [REDACTED] 's hand in between the backstop and the rail. This caused a light scratch and some swelling on his hand. [REDACTED] did not tell anyone he was injured and tried to work through it. He did ask his lead to tell [REDACTED] not to push the rails into his hands. After an [REDACTED] and a half [REDACTED] went to HR to report that he was hurting. I had [REDACTED] in a meeting so he was unable to locate him. Safety gave him ibuprofen and ice. [REDACTED] tried to work and then said he was having tingling n his fingers and arm. He then decided to go get it checked out at Conentra.
