Setting up tow cart for stationary storage testing.

While setting up a stationary storage test station for a towed cart [REDACTED] loaded the cart with sand and two (2x) disc weights of 50lbs each. As he completed the setup in a squatting kneeling posture one of the weights shifted and fell off the test station striking [REDACTED] at above the Rt knee area of his leg. This caused him to lose his balance as his Rt leg buckled and lost weight bearing ability for a moment. Due to the pain from this contact with the weight [REDACTED] stood and hopped or limped out of th eshed onto the walkway between buildings and proceeded toward the rear of the shed. It was here that he made the conscious deliberate decision to let off some of his emotional and adrenal reaction to the aforementioned by physically striking the side rear corner of the metal building with his Rt hand in a punching motion.
