What happened
The employee was walking down a flight of stairs after successfully delivering a customer package when his left knee buckled causing him to slip in a downward motion. He did attempt to brace his fall but his hands were full with his delivery device and another package. The slip resulted in an impact to the concrete with his left knee. He attempted to get back up and realized he could not bear any weight on his left knee therefore unable to walk.
