What happened

The delivery associate was sorting her route 's packages in the cargo area of the van while legally parked. As she was sorting a maroon PT cruiser rear ended [REDACTED] 's vehicle. She was thrown backwards towards the rear of the van where her back collided with the vans folding shelf and fell on . When she was able to get back on her feet she went to the front of the van and grabbed her phone to try to get the license plate of the vehicle that hit her. After the incident she called the supervisor on duty to let her know what had happened. She took photos of the damage done to the rear step and double door of the van then proceeded to talk with witnesses that had seen the incident. After the initial shock of the incident wore off [REDACTED] noticed that several areas on her body were in pain. She stayed in place until a rescue driver arrived to relieve her of the remainder of her route. Thereafter she was able to drive herself back to the station to call LMET and file a police report.
