Associate states while driving up in aisle 18 coming from the dry dock side reaching the middle intersection he came to a complete stop beeped his horn and then continue to make a right turn into the middle intersection to go into aisle 19 As he was making the turn he states he beeped the horn again and while in the middle of the turn the PIT equipment [REDACTED] gained extra speed without pressing the rabbit button feature causing him to lose control of the PIT and striking the blue middle post of the location G1919001 He states that the mechanic explained to him the rabbit feature was not working The associate does state that the rabbit button feature was working off and on as he was selecting through the night until the incident occurred
