At approximately [REDACTED] I was alerted that there was an employee on the ground in aisle [REDACTED] in front of slots 161 and 163 When I entered the aisle I saw selector [REDACTED] laying on the ground He eventually responded and stated he thought he might have landed on nail and that he had extreme pain in his lower right back I called over Guy [REDACTED] to help monitor him and I called [REDACTED] and brought them into the buildingDue to pain [REDACTED] could not really respond to questioning We could not identify any witnesses of the fall itself [REDACTED] was in the aisle next to him but only saw [REDACTED] already on the groundWhen I arrived there a couple piles of sugar in the aisle that had come out of a broken sack of sugar in slot [REDACTED] and I saw what I thought was a footprint in one of the sugar piles Was unable to take picture of that I and another selector looked at the broken sack of sugar and could not locate a label on it
