An associate operating squeeze PIT 271T was pulling orders The associate had a half box fall from the top of a yarn stack pulled from location [REDACTED] The fallen box broke open and cones were scattered on the ground The associate dismounted the PIT and began to gather the scattered cones As the associate was gathering the cones and repositioning the box a stack of yarn tipped over towards the associate One of the falling cases struck the associate on the right side of their torso The associate had to crawl out from under a case of yarn that was partially covering them The associate did not show any immediate injuries and has been sent to the ER for further evaluation
