EE was working in creel when she stopped to talk to another associate and leaned over onto a box she thought was full of dividers
What happened
Associated went to lean on box thinking it was full of cardboard dividers but instead the two on top were laying on the edge of the box and gave way down into the box The associated fell into the box and ending up in a sitting position The EE was unable to lift herself from the box and after making several attempts someone finally noticed her and came to help her up
