Before the incident
Walked onto trailer to load a bucket of glue fell when he was turning to exit the trailer
What happened
When I arrived the associate said that he had placed a bucket of glue onto the trailer in door 341 and when he turned around to come off the trailer he must have slipped or something After associate was being cared for I inspected the trailer and found that it was a metal floored trailer with the deep wide spaces that most likely led to the associate falling buy causing his foot to twist and throwing him off balance I covered these type trailers with my team and told them to be extra careful anytime their job requires them to enter one of them on foot and to only go as far as they have to
