S Associate came and stated in the beginning of the shift that they wanted to see the nurse I asked why and they stated that that both their elbows hurt while lifting the cone of yarn The right one hurts a lot more I asked since when does it hurt and the associate stated it was [REDACTED] O What I observed that there is no obvious swelling on her arm and elbows I asked why they did not report it as soon as possible and they stated that they thought she was sore for creeling on machine 12 But that later on they noticed that the pain would not go away The associate been on their own for about 4 weeks on the job A No First aid required She just wanted to see the nurse about the pain P Advised the associate to report any type of incident as soon as possible and not wait 2 weeks or more until the pain got worse before saying anything
