Associate stated that she had been changing a lot of blade blocks on machine 11 and her right hand began to hurt from using the T handle too much After closer inspection it was noted that several blocks had been changed Associate was sent to nurse to be evaluated and given needed treatment We also asked associate to as for help if she continued to have to work on changing blocks
