What happened

S Associate reported that their left knee hurts a lot Every time they walk up and down the stairs it hurts The associate stated they felt this pain since the day before and reported it [REDACTED] Even in the cat walk on the machines hurt because they have to walk up and down the cat walk constantly when trying to run 2 machines O What I observed is that on her left knee her right side of the knee hurts when pressing pressure on it The machine she was running was machine 31 and 32 Machine 31 was giving her the most issues with the unthreading part We had Maintenace working on machine 31 to resolve the issue A Applied ice pack on their knee Set up an appointment to go see the nurse P If the machine is running badly when running 2 machines to separate the machines so they do not have to go back and forth from one machine to another I also advised the associates to report any mechanical issues right away so they do not have to stress out it
