S Associate stop me and stated that creel came back down and struck her on hand while creeling the job V001position 17 on the left side O I immediately check the position out I lower the creel up and down it didnt want go back up The second time I lower the creel it went up and down A I just check the position And I immediately got with my lead mechanic and he got with the mechanic in that section to come look at the V001 position 17 left side They found no air leak just fix the pneumatic cylinder P Discuss with associate the procedure in creeling that we have in place when lowering the creel always stand to the side of the creel And you always stand to the side when the creel is going back up
