She was going to a meeting off-site at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry.
What happened
She had taken the elevator in [REDACTED] to the Ground Floor and upon exiting the elevator and turning Right she missed a small 4 or 5 inch drop step. It was poorly marked. All visitors to the Dental School had to wear a mask and with the mask on did not see this drop at all in her field of vision.
