Operator was trying to straighten up a coil of steel with the crane
What happened
The operator stepped inside the steel coil cradle to chain the coil and when she put tension on the chain the coil lifted slightly causing the coil to slide. This pinned the operator 's leg between the coil and the cradle.

Laceration to her right leg (received 3 stitches ) and caused her left leg to get scratched up contusion.
