What happened
Employee was walking to hang a tool on the e-coat line when he walked near of bin of crossmember bars that were stacked and leaning on a bin to be packed out. The pile of stacked crossmember bars were accidentally knocked over by another employee falling on injured employees right foot. Employee did notify supervisor immediately of injury however declined immediate medical treatment until the next working day when his foot showed signs of swelling.
