What happened
The EE proceeded to open the oven interlocked door so EE could enter and join the two pieces EE did not put their LOTO lock and pins on correctly or at all to secure the oven to prevent it from opening. The oven proceeded to open trapping the EE on the upper part of their legs around their knees causing burns on both legs elbow hands and palms.
