Pushing cart stacked with raw parts.

E-Coat load employee was stacking stone shields on a cart to take to the line to load. While pushing the cart to the line one of the stacked parts slid off the top. As the employee tried to stop the falling part the stone shield struck his right forearm cutting him. Concentra dispensed prescription medication and gave him stiches. This is 2nd incident by the same employee within the [REDACTED] of similar nature. Required PPE was again not worn by the employee.
