Employee was in the dish room washing dishes. Employee noticed that a slicer still had some food left on it.
What happened
Employee was in dish room and noticed that a slicer that had been washed still had some food on it. Employee doubled up 2 rags to wipe off the slicer. The slicer cut into employee 's left middle finger. Employee went to nurse in facility to get it wrapped. Finger continued to bleed to he went to Baptist FSED to get examined.
