What happened
Employee was installing plywood around temporary ducts. When he finished the project he turned around to leave the area and went under the duct. Thinking he was clear he stood back up and hit his hardhat on it which then caught the lip of his hardhat on the duct brackets. His hardhat getting caught while moving caused his back and neck to be jerked backwards and to the side.
