Transporting scrap rolls of plastic on a pallet using a forklift.

Scrap rolls fell off a pallet. The rolls were small enough that the mployee thought they could pick them up and place them back on the pallet with no issues. However the employee did not realize that the rolls were still attached to the pallet with banding. When employee tried to physically lift the roll up employee was actually picking up the entire pallet causing strain to his back.
