Before the incident
EE and another EE loaded a (rock) slab onto the flatbed. EE proceeded to come down from the flatbed with the assistance of the step ladder being used to get up and down from the flatbed.
What happened
Once EE stepped down off the ladder their foot stepped down into an uneven portion of the road which caused their right ankle to slightly roll over. They said that it hurt but was able to continue to work and eventually sought medical treatment.
