What happened
[REDACTED] was operating the older green CMM which creates a lot of dust particles and PVC shavings. [REDACTED] went to use the restroom and after washing her hands she ran them through her hair causing some of the shavings to fall out. [REDACTED] noticed the debris enter her right eye at that moment. [REDACTED] was able to see enough to go to the QR office to see her group leader and first responder [REDACTED]. The first responder gave [REDACTED] a 1 fluid ounce eye wash and an eye cup to use
