What happened
While placing the side panel and hooking it to the wall the crew was having difficulty getting it attached to the wall. They hooked up the bottom pin first then while trying to hook up the top pin [REDACTED] got between the stall panel and the concrete wall when another temp crew member lifted up the panel and pushed it into [REDACTED] temporarily pinning him between the panel and the wall.
