Placing jack stand in unit

[REDACTED] was placing a jack stand in the header of a Jayco load at the east stacking hoist for [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was bracing the jack stand with his right hand and with operating the hoist controls with his left hand. [REDACTED] noticed the frame was not lifted high enough for him to place the jack stand so he attempted to raise the hoist higher. [REDACTED] did not realize that instead of raising the hoist he was actually lowering the hoist. This caused the frame to lower onto his right thumb and pinching it between the jack stand and the Jayco frame.
