[REDACTED] was cleaning a wash bay and felt a bite on the left side of his stomach. He caught the spider in his shirt and killed it. He was in no pain at the time so he went back to work. When he came into work on [REDACTED] he told me what happened and showed me the bite. It had a large area of redness and there was a hole where the bite was.
