What happened
Two employees were moving a chrome block onto a pallet. They utilized a pallet jack to transport it from the staging area to the pallet it would be placed on. When placing the chrome block onto the pallet the employee effected had their right 3rd digit caught between the piece of chrome and the wood of the pallet causing a small fracture and cut to the last phalange of the third digit on the right hand.
