[REDACTED] came to work [REDACTED] with a very stiff & sore neck limiting his movement of his head. [REDACTED] was running the loader on [REDACTED] pushing up aggs. for the hot plant and was running hard all day long. [REDACTED] mentioned that the loader was beating him up when I asked how the day went. On [REDACTED] I asked him how he was feeling he said that he was sore but doing ok. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] said that he did not feel safe running the loader and was in a lot of pain and needed to see the doctor.
