On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was tasked with closing the cutout door on recloser with 40 ft. extendo stick from ground level. When [REDACTED] closed the cutout door he stated that he felt a slight pinch on his neck. Initially Mr. [REDACTED] stated that this event did not warrant immediate follow up as there was no aggravating or looming pains. On [REDACTED] due to possible inflammation in the neck region [REDACTED] informed [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] of the incident as well as a request to seek medical treatment.
