On [REDACTED] @ approximately [REDACTED] -Servicemen [REDACTED] was using a knife to strip wire from a [REDACTED]. As Mr. [REDACTED] applied pressure to knife to perform the cut the knife slipped contacting the top of his thumb on his left hand generating a minor laceration. Mr. [REDACTED] reported to supervisor and contacted safety. Mr. [REDACTED] went to urgent care for further evaluation.
