What happened
[REDACTED] was adjusting the ground power cable cord attached to the jet bridge [REDACTED]. While in the process of adjusting the cord particles fell in his left eye. [REDACTED] left in an ambulance and was taken to Reston hospital companied by CSA [REDACTED] confirmed there were particles in his right eye but was unable to remove them with flush fluid. The hospital advised the particles were no longer in his eye and prescribed ointment for irritation.
